Amazon needs to be good at forecasting
Saw this 6 page article here on how Amazon has tweaked their forecasting algorithm over the last 15 years. I am not a statistician or machine learning expert, yet, I found the article very easy to read, undertsanding, and geek-out on. Feel free to read the original article, and give feedback. Anything to tweak on this one pager?

This is a good exercise for anyone. Take an article on a topic that is new to you. An article that has too much information to realistically put into 1 page. Then, think deeply about what the main story is. What are the main buckets? What’s important and what’s not?
